Travel Advisor Service Fees

All planning, research, and consultation fees charged by Luxe Escape Plans are non-refundable. These fees compensate for time, expertise, and services provided, regardless of whether travel is completed.

 

Supplier Refund Policies

Refunds for flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions are governed by the individual supplier’s terms and conditions, not Luxe Escape Plans. This includes airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable

  • Some may offer partial refunds, credits, or future travel vouchers

  • Refund timelines and amounts are determined solely by the supplier

Luxe Escape Plans does not control supplier refund decisions.

 

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your trip:

  • You are responsible for any cancellation or change fees imposed by suppliers

  • Changes may result in additional costs

  • Refund eligibility depends on the supplier’s policy at the time of booking

 

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance may cover:

  • Trip cancellations or interruptions

  • Medical emergencies

  • Supplier bankruptcy

  • Unforeseen events

Declining travel insurance means you accept full financial responsibility for any losses.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees and legal action.

 

No-Show Policy

Failure to show for flights, accommodations, cruises, or tours will result in no refund, unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

 

Force Majeure

Luxe Escape Plans is not responsible for refunds related to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Pandemics

  • Airline or supplier operational issues

Any compensation or refund is subject to supplier policies.

By booking with Luxe Escape Plans, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and the terms of all travel suppliers involved in your booking.
